Madrid: Michelin match-ups for engagement vacation

I will be in Madrid next month for four days (Fri-Mon) to celebrate my engagement with my fiance. I figure we'll have time for 4-5 extravagent meals (2 lunches, 3 dinners) given that everything is closed Sunday and we'd also like to save time for more low-key local food.

I've searched through the forums and there's surprisingly little about some of these restaurants. I was wondering if people could share their recommendations with me.

I've thought about these as the "categories" but would also love opinions on the best 4/5 of these 8 restaurants. Recommendations on lunch vs. dinner menus also welcome, though I get the impression many of these places don't change them.

Asian Fusion: DiverXo (3 suns, 2 stars) vs. Kabuki Wellington (2 suns, 1 star)
I'm leaning towards DiverXo since it seems more "special," though the use of chopstick font in their logo irks me.

El Bulli-alum: La Terraza del Casino (3 suns, 2 stars) vs. Sergi Arola Gastro (3 suns, 2 stars)
Do I just need to do both?

Traditional: Santceloni (3 suns, 2 stars) vs. Zalacain (2 suns, 1 star)
Leaning towards Santceloni largely because of "ranking."

???: Ramon Freixa (3 suns, 2 stars) vs. El Club Allard (2 suns, 2 stars)
No idea. I can't read the menu for El Club Allard.

I appreciate everyone's help!
