In late November, early December, we will be on a tour in Spain and Portugal. We have dinner on our own in Madrid, Torremolinos. Lisbon, and Salamanca. Would appreciate recommendations from chowhounders familiar with these cities. Over 30 years ago, we were in Torremolinos and ate at a small restaurant virtually on a beach there where they served a whole fish roasted in a bed of salt. When the salt was removed, the fish was exquisitely cooked - would like to find such a place there again. Can you offer suggestions on where and what to eat in these locations?
