Yesterday I had a bite of a croissant from Mademoiselle Colette, the new French pastry shop/cafe in downtown Menlo Park. Tasting of high quality butter yet not greasy, a light and airy interior, and shattering crisp laminated exterior. Too large for my druthers, but other than that, pretty impressive.
Peninsula folks, what else is good here?
