Madeleine molds/pan

So, I am thinking of trying Nigella's rose-flavored madeleines and am wondering about the pan. At WS, I saw a non-stick one (which I'd prefer to get) and the regular version. Is there any reason I shouldn't get the non-stick? Do I compromise any sort of texture or flavor?
