Madagascar colossal shrimp

Hi! I bought some beautiful madagascar colossal shrimp on sale from fresh direct, and am planning on doing some lettuce wraps like I had in Koreatown, with julienned daikon, carrots, and cucumbers and whatever sauce I can muster from the Asian ingredients in my fridge. My question is what's the best way to cook these babies? Pan sauté, for how long? Or even get the BBQ going (not sure I'm in the mood for that today but sounds like it could be delicious.) anyone deal with these guys before? (Also excited for the montauk pearl oysters, but those are going into my belly raw!) thanks :)
