i've never made them before and am feeling brave... except for the pastry bag part. is it going to be a hot mess if i attempt to use the ziploc with a hole cut in it method (ie like you'd do with frosting)? i have only small pastry tips.
No lie: macarons can be fairly finicky to make, in that they might spread into uneven shapes or form dark spots on their tops—but even if they're not as beautiful as bakery specimens, they will still be delicious.
