Who's got the best Ma Po Tofu?

I've tried a couple places and it was watery, bland, and used soft, shredded pork.

I'm looking for country style Ma Po, spicy hot, with good, chewy ground pork, in a nice thick sauce.

Wherest thou, Ma Po Tofu? Somewhere in SGV, I imagine, but where to start?
