Hi- I will unfortunately only have one night in Lyon, a city I have not been to yet. Since I will be dining at some big Michelin-starred places in Paris and cities in the south, I thought it was probably best to experience a traditional bouchon. As a woman dining solo I tend to like places where I am not forced to sit at communal tables- I am happy to read while I dine. Are there any that you think should be at the top of the list? Thanks for the help!
