Went this weekend to LV. We had a great breakfast at Bouchon -- I had the french toast which was served "bread pudding style" in an architectural stack, cylinder shaped, with bread and apples and custard. It was rich and really wonderful tasting. Coffee excellent. My sister had the sourdough french toast which was good also. Service fine and we sat outdoors. (good except for the cig. smoke)
we had dinner also at Taqueria Caronita in the Venetian. I had shrimp enchiladas in yellow mole -- it was very good and rich also. Beans pretty much tasteless.
other meals not chowhoundsworthy -- PJ Changs and some dry "panini" at caesers.
