I'm obsessed. Last weekend I had lunch at Lupa. I ordered what turned out to be one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had.The pasta was bucatini. It was not all'amatriciana--no tomatoes in it. But it did have guanciale. I called Lupa and asked for the name of the dish. The woman said it must have been a special and she didn't know the name of it. Has anyone had the pleasure of eating this fabulous pasta? Do you know the name as it appeared on the menu? Better yet, do have the the recipe?
