Lunches in Charlotte

I am moving my office to the farm. I moved my family there three years ago. I have finally been beaten by Charlotte's traffic mess.

My question is where should I make sure to eat lunch before lunch in Charlotte becomes a once a month instead of a two or three times a week thing? I'm basically a south Charlotte & Hospital area person, downtown is a maybe, forget Matthews, Pineville is ok, University is fine and so is the Airport area.

Already hit so far...
Rhineland Haus
Ru San's
Leo's Deli (a must hit, been eating in Leo's since I was six)
Green's Hot Dogs
Hotel Charlotte
Press Box
Price's Chicken Coop
Mr. K's
Presbie Hospital for a hot dog (one of the best in town)
Phat Burrito
Cabo Taco (think that is the name, in NoDa anyway)

As you notice from the above list I have so far stayed on the southside (OK, the traditional southside, I was born here) but I am willing to drive a bit w/ a great recommendation. I live north of the city (I can go up either 77 or 85 to go home) so recommendation in that direction also will be welcomed.
