I'm hoping to pick some brains here. Our four year-old chowpup is a good eater. Her lunch usually consists of portions of three fruits or vegetables (grape tomatoes, red bell pepper, grapes, clementine, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) but I feel we've been getting a bit repetitive with the "entree." She doesn't really like sandwiches.
Her favorite entree is rice balls (one with flying fish roe, one with crab stick) and she will also eat straight crab sticks or cheese. We use kid-sized yogurt on occasion.
What else small, easy to prepare in the morning, and non-leaky can I try? At the moment, she's on a kick where vegetables that are too "crunchy" are rejected.
