Can you guys share some good/interesting lunch recipes for a school going Kindergartner? My son is a very very slow eater. He is also conscious about his lunch sometimes when I pack certain types of food. It's a great challenge to get him to eat on a daily basis.
His typical lunch is 1/2 Tuna, Peanut butter/Banana Sandwiches, 1/2 or even 1/4 Bagel with cream cheese, sometimes Dimsum, Chicken nuggets, fish patties, some ethnic food sometimes etc. I also add a few small bites of veggies and 1 or 2 pieces of fruit. He always bring back more than half his lunch and almost never eats fruit. Usually, he loves fruit.
Do you guys think I am packing too much? (The school's lunchtime is from 10.50 am to 11.30 am, so basically they only have 1/2 hour to each their lunch). Please help!!
