We were there last sunday and boy was it hot and humid outside. The room looked different in the day light and we saw the same service people as last time. We opted for the 3 course lunch menu and decided to get different ones so we taste every thing. Mine turned out much better than my husband's. They always give you the most refreshing amuse and after walking in the heat it was a good thing. I got the skate, cod and the pinapple meringue. My husband got the monkfish,chicken and chocolate souffle. My portions were much bigger than his. My cod was so delicious and his chicken was very plain and the portion was way too small and he eats like a bird. As he was complaining, I shared my fish with him. At bouley, dessert is the best part. Dessert alone is worth the price you pay for the 3 course. Their sorbets are to die for and by the time you are done with all the dessert courses you have such suger high and after a while a headache!! The service was very shaky this time. I was surprise for a restaurant like this, they should train the servers much better. A couple of them,acted like, they had no experience and it was their first day!! They had lots of yummy bread and ofcourse we went to the bakery and bought lots of yummy stuff. Their saffron and walnut bread is to die for and it had lots of saffron in it. So, if they work in their service as far as the food runners and the people that clear your plate it would be a great experience.
