I sampled this Vietnamese trailer on S. Lamar for lunch last week. There were five or six others waiting when I arrived at 11:45 AM on my lunch break from work. I ordered one grilled pork sandwich and one order of spring rolls. I stood around in the heat and dust under an oak tree until 12:40 AM to get my small order. I spoke to three others who also waited the better part of an hour for similar orders. The food was tasty enough when it arrived- but by that time I was disgusted, covered with dust, on the verge of a heat stroke - and late for work. A one hour wait for trailer grub does not make a happy Oyster Boy.
That said, I'd return if I heard they worked out the kinks in service delivery... I passed by on Tues. of this week, glanced over and noticed that they were shuttered at 11:30AM.
