I just read an article in Toronto Life about a young 18 year old chef in Kingston who is apparently turning some heads with the calibre of his cooking at such a young age.
I tried to search the board for some information but it seems a little outdated. Has anyone been to Luke's lately?
Apparently, LUke has a voracious appetite to learn as much as possible when it comes to food and he is a big proponent of using every part of the animal from nose to tail.
Chowhound was even mentioned in the article, so I was wondering what your opinions were.
