Luggage at Le Petit Cler -- too gauche?

lmcsherr | Sep 26, 2016 02:54 PM

Traveling to Paris, arriving at CDG around 10am. Even if I dawdle through security and take care of a few items at the airport, I'll be leaving around noon. I'm taking ab us into the city and will end up close to the Tour Eiffel. . . so a late lunch at Le Petit Cler seems like a very nice way to start the vacation.

But I'll have my luggage (at least until 3pm, when I can get into my rental -- earlier is not an option). From pictures on their website, it looks like its a typical bistro -- which is to say, full of tables. I'll have only a large purse and a single piece of luggage (fits in the overhead), as will my partner. Will we be turned away? (I don't mind being seated in the corner so as to be out of the way.)

If so . . . any other late lunch suggestions for us?

(We know we'll be jet lagged, and plan on only doing a food shop, so this lunch is probably our meal out for the day.)
