Thought it might be worth starting a thread for those of us ordering Lufa rooftop farm baskets each week. I was a little startled by the local nuts in my last basket. They were nearly impossible to open and not especially satisfying when opened. Also, only one variety and I thought it would be a mix? Kind of pricey too so you have been warned.

I have enjoyed and would recommend the organic garlic (small but strong), the onions and carrots which all seem so much fresher than anything in any local shops, and we nearly always get some buttery soft Boston lettuce, any of the tomatoes and the lebanese cucumber. I like the super salad mix of bitter greens although I tend to cook them for Asian meals instead of eating them in salad.

Anything outstanding anyone has had lately? I am looking forward to the cara cara oranges.
