Just wanted to report that the hotel, spa, and restaurant are 100% top notch. Just got back and had an amazing time.
Ludwig's restaurant was perfect. The service was friendly and professional. We lacked for nothing.
Fois Gras two ways was melt in your mouth excellent. Salads were crisp, fresh, and well presented. Vegetarian risotto was superb, and the perfect consistancy.
Lobster thermador, venison loin, lamb, and Dover sole were all delicious.
The wine list was great, many choices in the inexpensive to mid-line range.
After dinner, sit in the lounge and listen to the entertainment.
Very adult way to spend your evening after a tiring day on the slopes.
