Lovely summer dinner -Philly

We decided - last minute - to go to Nan for dinner. What a treat!

We both wanted the cold cucumber soup to start, and fortunately, it was available.

My husband had the pad thai for his entree, which is one of our favorites there.

I had two appetizers instead of an entree: the crab cake appetizer (all crabmeat, in a delicious sauce) and the evening's special salad. The salad was smoked salmon with excellent greens, fennel, red onion, and fresh orange slices with an orange/sesame dressing. Terrific!

It was cool and quiet, every dish was excellent, and the prices are moderate.

Closed on Sunday and Monday. BYOB.
