The thread on GT about Indian take out got me to wondering. We love Indian cuisine and enjoy trying things from different regions but I do not like to make it at home it is something I would rather go out for and I cannot put my finger on why. I don't mind all of the prep and I have really enjoyed learning Chinese and Vietnamese cooking and just about anythingelse, but Indian I am resisting. I have several good books, my collection of spices etc. Anyone else have this problem? Any insight or is there a cuisine that you resist making but enjoy out?
