Please, for the love of God STOP BRUNCH ON SATURDAYS

coldbeer | Mar 9, 201505:37 AM

We're in Philadelphia at least twice on month on weekends, and look forward to the trip because I think the Philly food scene is one of the best in the nation. We spend a good amount of effort on choosing where we're going to dine, as there are so many fine options to choose from. There is nothing worse then be handed the effing "brunch menu". I'll let the brunch menu on Sunday slide, as I know it pays the bills, but who the hell wants to eat eggs at 3:00 on a Saturday. NO ONE. If you serve lunch and dinner 6 days a week, why make 2 of the 12 meals you serve so awful it can only appeal to hungover millenials in their pajama pants drinking that favorite of all suspended adolescents, the "mimosa". GAG. Please stop. Especially if you don't serve the things that made you a destination in the first place. I know carping about brunch is a thing, but on Saturdays? For shame, for shame. You know who you are, offenders.
