I am a reformed picky eater, yet strangely enough one of the things I ALWAYS enjoyed was brussels sprouts. I've always loved them until a few months ago. I have no idea why but the thought of b. sprouts in any incarnation makes me gag. Darn it, they were always such a great standby vegetable!
So, fellow 'hounds - any ideas? I've had them pretty much every way - boiled, steamed, sauteed, pureed, baked - except dessert (and please, don't go there, that would only make the aversion worse) and nothing sounds good. I miss then, darn it, but I can't think of any way to fix them that doesn't make me flinch. Help!
