A lotta garlic, clams, and andouille

Sometimes you just have a hankering for a dish. I'm thinking manila clams, wine, garlic, tomatoes, paprika, andouille sausage, plus bread for dipping.

Anyone have any special techniques or tips? Alas, too cold to grill the sausage.
