lots of kielbasa -- what to do?

I bought two huge links of the most incredible kielbasa I've ever tasted at a Polish deli in Boston this weekend. Once I've sliced some into split pea soup (today's lunch), served it grilled with sauerkraut, and sliced it into black bean soup and lentil soup, what else shall I do with it? (The main thing is to freeze it quickly so I don't keep eating it by the slice every time I pass the fridge. Yum.)
