I had this recipe which I had been waiting for the meal to try - and now I can't find it. Searched all over - what had called me to it was the sausage and butternut squash (I think I would have subbed turkey sausage). I intend to make it alongside (not stuffed) the fantastic Apricot-Glazed Turkey with Roasted Onion and Shallot Gravy
