Loside "Diner"

Madame Bowery | Sep 9, 2005 11:26 AM

I go to a diner once in a while for a quick meal of comfort food, and don't expect much. I've been to Loside twice. Once was fine, nothing special, but hey, at least there was a diner in that area (Houston and Allen). It was just a little disappointing. The second time there were no other customers in view, and we never, ever received our order. 2 sandwiches ordered and, 50 minutes later, we had no choice but to leave because no one came by. And then there were the other times I walked by hoping for breakfast, since it is, you know, a diner, yet it doesn't open until 11:30 a.m. on weekends. A late-rising neighborhood, it's true, but if you call yourself a diner it seems you should be open for breakfast.
