This place was in Citrus Heights and received a number of good reviews here. Now they've moved to the Howe about Arden mall. We went to lunch with a group of five. The place is decorated tastefully in a colonial style. We ordered a soup noodle, clay pot rice, and a whole baked catfish with Vietnamese rolls. The catfish is the main dish here, big enough to feed five or six. Served with rice paper wraps. The soup noodle and the clay pot rice was also very good. This place is kind of two steps above Lemon Grass. The price is still high compared to other "authentic" Vietnam places in town. But the cuisine is more true to Vietnam than Sacramento, unlike Lemon Grass. The bill came to $80. I think the catfish really bumped the price up. But it certainly is much more tasty than Lemon Grass.
