Can Lorann Flavoring Oils Last Indefinitively

I found some Lorann oils that I used use for chocolate making quite a long time ago. I am wondering if they are still useable? Is there any way to tell if they've gone bad - smell test?

Flavor and fragrance oils have around a six month to two year shelf life. Less in warm or well lit storage. The base flavor may still be there but oxidation first removes all the volatile lighter notes, then the heavier notes. Also partially full bottles oxidize faster than full ones.

Citrus oils last about six months. Most others around a year. Vanilla can last two years.

Sniff and taste to see if they are rancid or bad or have lost their flavor.
