This place was just as beautiful as everyone said it was and the food matched. I had the morel mushroom appetizer which was devine. Hubby had snail ravioli and he loved it.
We split the prime rib special (Cant believe I ate steak 2 nights in a row). It came from a small farm in Pennsylvania and was very tender and juicy. We each had different chocolate desserts that were equally good. As you can tell, not many details on this dinner. The champagne and Gigondas (2001 but surprisingly ready) got to me early for some reason!
One negative: The gigantic flower arrangements right behind us was overpoweringly fragrant. They need to cut out the lillies.
