I ALWAYS do this. UGH. I froze about half of it, the rest, I had planned on eating, but didn't. We made it late on Wednesday night, so tonight at 1am will have been 4 days in the fridge. Everyone says 3-4 days. I also have some leftover shredded cooked chicken that I'd planned to make chicken salad with. Probably too late for that, but would it be ok to throw into another soup and put in the fridge?
I know there's the sniff test (smells OK, I think). But I always get indecisive and unsure when I'm stressed about stuff like this, so I want to hear your experiences!
