I made a quarter batch of this recipe for a 5 spice fruit sauce (with cherries, not plums) - https://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2... , but didn't follow the directions for canning it because I thought I was going to use it right away. Plans changed. How long can I expect this to last in the fridge before it gets moldy?
