I stuffed a 4 lb beef roast with about 12 cloves of garlic and lightly rubbed it with evoo and salt and pepper. I want to roast it in the oven with my veggies. I cut up sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts and cauliflower. They are pretty big chunks of potato and cauli and the sprouts are whole. Can I roast the beef and veggies all together? And for how long and what temp? Thanks!
