How Long Is The Longest Line At Any Restaurant On Valentine's Day That Does Not Accept Reservation?

On Sunday Tom Sietsema's review of the Bonefish Grill (discussed below) appears in the Post. Many people in Northern VA have this delivered to their home on Friday or Saturday. Also, Bonefish Grill only takes a handful of reservations with most people walking up and, like so many other national chains, putting their names on a waiting list.

How long do you think the wait was for a table for two at the Bonefish Grill in Chantilly on Saturday night, Valentine's Day, the same day that the Post and the review was delivered to most homes?

Out of curiosity I decided to call at 8:00 PM and ask how long the wait was for a party of two. If we could come over immediately. There was a pause, perhaps a guffaw and the honest response of, "well, probably, at least three hours or more."
