I know (by experience) what happens when ho fan noodles (yummy wide rice Chinese noodles) go in the fridge. They stick to eachother quite a lot and it's very hard to separate them (a store near me sells them refrigerated and they're a pain to work with).
Anyway, I now know of places that sell these noodles fresh (not refrigerated). I am wondering if I need to consume them the day I buy them, and if not, how long can I safely keep them out of the refrigerator?
