How long will cooked (dry fried) tofu last if frozen?

I am going to have a busy week starting next tuesday, so I want to dry fry (fry without oil to get all the water out of it technically, the tofu is chewy and golden after this ) it tonight and keep it, so I can use it next Tuesday to the Tuesday after . So I guess I want to know if frozen cooked tofu will last two weeks ? I read somewhere that tofu gets spongy after being frozen, but I actually like the texture better, so that's not going to be the problem. I regularly freeze tofu for a week (well, freeze for 3 days and then use for the next four ) and I'm wondering if this would work for two weeks.
