We have a Lone Star just two doors down from an Outback steakhouse. This is along a mess of restaurants on a long strip. I will inevitably wait in a long line if I go into the Outback but I will always get seated promptly if I go into the Lone Star.
So what gives? I think the food is different enough but I think the steaks are about the same. i can't really see discernible differences. Is this true all around the country. Aren't they part of the same chain?
