London with six year old

My husband and I will be visiting London for the first time with our six year old daughter in tow. She travels relatively well and is generally well behaved in restaurants. We will be coming from Paris and after a week of leisurely multicourse French meals I think we will need a change of pace with more casual fare. We love ethnic food- all asian, Lebanese, Spanish, would love to try some modern English, maybe a few Gastropubs. Our budget is flexible but with a young child we prefer lively louder restaurants, small plates, early dinner seating, reservations. We are staying at Royal Horseguards Hotel at Whitehall near Embankment and would be ok with a short tube trip or taxi ride but would like to avoid traveling too far from our hotel, multiple subway transfers. We will be hitting all the touristy spots- buckingham palace, British museum, Westminster abbey, Tower of London, borough market, globe theater, Harry potter, harrods, London eye. We are planning dinners but will probably end up having quick lunches at random restaurant chains wagamama, etc near tourist attractions. Probably also going to fortnum and mason for tea and Montcalm for children's afternoon tea

I've looked through prior posts and here is my list of possible dinners. I still need to look at the maps more carefully to make sure there is not too much travel involved

Dinner by Heston blumenthal (they can do half partions for my daughter)
J Sheekey
Cinnamon Club or Gymkhana or moti mahal -cinnamon is closer to our hotel so not sure yet
Pollen street social
Nopi or ottolenghi take out
Chiltern firehouse or barnyard
Hardwood arms or anchor and hope
Great queen street
Bocca do Lupo
Moro or morito

I would appreciate any suggestions - we have only six dinners and I need to pare down the list significantly.
