London - Spanish - less discussed places

Have spent time traveling around, and living in, Spain these last few years, always on the lookout for more and better Spanish options in London.

Have been to and liked (rather than loved) most of the usual suspects including Barrafina/Fino, El Faro, Tapas Brindisa

Does anyone have any views on any of the following places: Meson Bilbao (West Kilburn), L'Albufera (Melia White House Hotel nr Regents Park), El Pirata (Mayfair), Toresano (St Johns Wood), Galicia (Portobello Road), Laxeiro (Columbia Road)?

Meson Bilbao, I did go once a few years ago and liked it quite a lot, am wondering about current quality. Also went once to Albufera but that was for an excellent degustation menu by a guest chef called Daniel Garcia, am wondering what the regular menu is like. With respect to Galicia, does it actually serve any speciality items from Galicia such as top notch seafood and Galician beef?
