Hello all. My husband and I are leaving for a two week trip this Sunday. The following is our itinerary gleaned mostly from CH with the help of Eater 38 and Elizabeth Minchilli for a few places.
Monday: Rules (dinner)
Tuesday: The Kitchen (dinner; tasting menu)
Wednesday: Gymkhana (dinner)
Thursday: The Goring (afternoon tea)
Friday: Honey & Smoke (dinner)
Saturday: Taverna del Branzino (dinner)
Sunday: Burro & Acciughe (dinner)
Monday: Il Palagio (dinner)
Tuesday: Da Ruggero (dinner)
Wednesday: Nonna Betta (dinner)
Thursday: Roscioli or Antico Arco (still deciding; dinner)
Friday: Spending the day in Naples; not sure where we are eating but we will be eating well!
Saturday: Emma (dinner)
Sunday: Da Cesare al Casaletto (Sunday lunch)
These are all set in stone so I'm not looking to change anything. As you can see, we are partial to dinner as we like to be on the go all day and can really only eat one big meal per day. I feel a big lunch in the middle of the day slows us down too much for the remainder of the afternoon. My reason for posting is to thank everyone for all the invaluable information here on these boards; it's truly a one-of-a-kind resource. I also wanted to post so that anyone new to CH looking for ideas for any of these cities will have a starting point. Thanks again!
