back to London advice

Hi all,
I go to London about once a year, and try to hit my old faves, as well as some new places. I always go to St. John, and always visit the Borough Market. Some other places the last few years are Lunch (some dishes amazing, other less so), Sweeting's Fish, Pearl Liang (excellent), and Roganic (lots of fun, but a little pricey for what I got). I usually also hit Bincho Yakitori, since I tend to stay in the Bloomsbury area. I am planning to be back in March, and was looking for some new recommendations of some "must-go" places. I will probably hit St. John again, even though last time I found the staff less pleasant than usual. I usually dine alone.
It's kind of a non-specific request, but any recs for some hot new places? Or classic places not to be missed?
