Need your help for London!

We will be in London in September, staying at the Jury's Clifton Ford on Welbeck St. It is located near Wigmore Hall and close to the Wallace Collection.

Does anyone have suggestions for moderate or inexpensive eating in that area? Our problem: we really don't prefer Indian or Middle-Eastern food, which I know rules out many good places in our price range.

I have heard of Blandford St., Michael Moore and some others - any comments? We did eat at a very good Chinese restaurant in the area a couple of years ago, and hope to find it again.

Also, we would like to have one more upscale dinner, and I heard that the chef from Zafferano is at a new place - Locatelli? I am not sure of the name, but heard it is in the Intercontinental Hotel. Anyone been there?

Because of our schedule, we won't have time to go far from Wigmore Hall.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Sylvia
