Loch Bar in Harbor East Baltimore: An Early Look

We were here for some oysters and drinks recently with mixed result. Good looking space and well-designed located within the Four Seasons. Didn't sit at the bar as we needed some space for conversation, but apparently the granite bar top has a built-in cooling spots for each patrons drinks! FOH and service needs more polishing.

Most variety of oysters I've seen in town. Oysters were overall excellent and shucked well (could work on better presentation with this price), but 3-4 of them out of two dozen looked like either it was shucked earlier, or poor quality; if I wasn't with a guest I would had them replaced. Accompanying condiments include mignonette, graded horseradish, and cocktail sauce all very average. Prices reflect harbor east location, and their high prices for seafood plateau/towers do not commensurate with given descriptions. Nearly empty for the duration of our visit of 1.5hrs around 6pm weekday.
