Need help in locating best breads for 90yr old bread addict

carolew | Dec 16, 2005 10:52 AM

I'm looking to send several loaves of bread as a xmas gift to my sister-in-laws mother. Its funny...but she enjoys her bread as much as I enjoy a good piece of candy. She lives at the Jersey Shore and not much to speak of there now in the way of good bakerys especially nowin the winter. What she doesn't eat she can freeze and take out as needed. Thinking about ordering from Grace's Market Place, or ELI's. Heard Bouley Bakery is also good but don't know if they'll ship. Thoughts on anyn of these would be appreciated along with any other suggestions (Dean & Deluca ) also breads that are great. P.S. She can eat anything. Also would like to send some good apple butter. Thanxs in advance and hope your shopping is going better then mine.. happy Holidays!
