So a few months back I bought a pack of 4 smallish par-baked pizza crusts with grill-marks on them from a lovely Italian market in Staten Island whose name I sadly cannot recall. I forgot all about them and recently unearthed them from the back of my freezer only to fall in love with how convenient they are--especially as it gets warmer out. I normally buy pre-made dough that I roll out, but with a kitchen as hot as mine gets.... these could very well be a lifesaver. I am just about to use my last 2 crusts and would love to find a more local--as in Brooklyn--resource for these... (and I am familiar w/ commercial Bobboli type crusts and am not a fan) I am looking for crusts that are locally par-baked using minimal ingredients--and ready to use. Am willing to travel to just about any Brooklyn neighborhood... Thoughts? Suggestions?
