In today's Sunday, May 11, Raleigh News& Observer was an article on local bars whose drinks will be published in Food and Wines Cocktail 2008 publication. One of my favs was listed; Piedmont's RoseMarie. I have come with a 'close to' recipe for this gin based drink with a rosemary syrup and grapefruit juice. The feature/picture of the article was Fraziers homemade bitters. Anyone know where to find dried unripe orange peel? Love to make some bitters!
