Local gnodi source [SF]?

Anyone recommend a local source for the wonderful Tuscan [I think] big green "meatless" balls with a paper thin pasta covering [ but maybe not be vegetarian]. I enjoyed them a couple of times on a trip this past week, and would love to be able to find them as a pre-prepared "resource" for a variety of "saucings." I suspect there is a real art to making them, so I'd be more than happy to spend the $ for someone else's labor/expertise. Thanks.
