Best local fish in Honolulu?

I'll be in Honolulu for a couple days next week and I'm looking for some dinner suggestions. I saw a thread on the first page, but that was more for a romantic place. This will be business related, but we'd still like one nice meal while we're there.

Everytime I go to Hawaii I stick to pretty much 100% local fish. I'm sure many Hawaiian restaurants do beef, pork, chicken, etc extremely well, but I figure if I'm going all the way to Hawaii (from Minnesota) I'm going to get things I can't get at home--ono, opakapaka, onaga and things like that.

The last time I was in Honolulu on business we went to John Dominis. That was the second time I've been there and enjoyed it both times. I've heard a lot of mixed feelings about that place though so I'm wondering if there might be a better option. Again, I like John Dominis a lot, but if there are other options out there I'd love to know about them.

Price isn't a factor, so we're just looking for good Hawaiian fish. Great sashimi for appetizers would be a huge bonus too. Thanks.
