Michel Richard has the cover of the new Gourmet in which they have doubed him "The Sensualist." I have not read the article yet, but the four recipes look very good. They are Calamari "Pasta" with Corn and Crab, Chicken Meatballs with Mushroom Jus, Vegtable and Fruit "Ceviche", and Espresso Mouse.
Also if you happen to pick-up the latest Food Arts, there is a recipe from Meastro in the back. It is a beef rib chop that looks like a slice of heaven.
