Lobster Soup report

Well, I froze the stock in ziplock bags, then yesterday made a soup - just heated up the stock, added a little cream and then chilled it - really yummy, and worth the effort. Plus, I like the idea of getting something more out of expensive lobsters! I used JC's recipe for the stock from "The Way to Cook". The only part that was a bit of a pain was cutting up the lobster shells - used kitchen shears.
